Features

This program has been developed to assist with the management of risk assessments associated with construction activities. It has the unique ability to be able to guide you through the complexities associated with risk management by providing simple functionality with just the click of a mouse.

RAHP gives you the option of populating fields by selecting information from a broad and comprehensive data base or by simply filing in the required fields with the information required to identify the hazards and control the risks. You can even evaluate the risks from a risk matrix and alter the predetermined risk scores at your discretion. You have complete control over the information required to make the RAHP sheet suitable for any construction task.

RAHP is ideal for projects where multiple companies are required to provide risk assessments for their work as the RAHP program enables the personalisation of each completed RAHP sheet. We can include specific company information, logos, contact details, company specific forms and more to identify each company and importantly, each completed RAHP sheet has an automatically generated number making tractability simple. Many companies prefer to use their own JHA’s and RAHP can cater for that requirement too. RAHP can also search your files for a document and attach it to a completed RAHP sheet ready for printing or filing. No more lost documents.

Principal Contractors will find the advantages of using RAHP numerous with the programs ability to clearly meet statutory requirements a highlight. Another advantage is the ability of the program to meet the predetermined levels of a risk assessment or a Safe Work Method Statement. It’s entirely up to the user’s discretion and the needs of the task being addressed. The Principal Contractor also has direct access to the programs files and traceability functions to enable a quick overview of activities or for a complete audit of the projects risk management compliance.

The program provides storage and filing functions for easy referral and the search engine will enable you to quickly find a completed RAHP sheet, including attachments, in an instant. There is no restriction on how many RAHP sheets that can be filed.

The RAHP Sheet website is hosted on server class hardware - Dell Quad-Core Intel Xeon with RAID 5 hard drive configuration and redundant power supplies. On demand software and hardware expansion will be implemented as greater concurrent connections and increased storage space is required.

Regular maintenance schedules are carried out on our systems with minimal or no interference to service. If a service outage is required, appropriate notification will be given to all customers and an after hours window scheduled. Daily backups are standard and file restores can be requested at short notice.
